It requires a mailchimp account (which may be free if you are grandfathered in, otherwise it is based on your number of contacts) and a paid zapier account. Setup is a $500 one time fee. Integration includes customer status changes so that you never send the wrong kind of marketing to your contacts.

Openasapp.com is free to use, so if you like design and are a wiz at excel formulas, you can absolutely do this on your own! Next we create a filtering system (based on your requirements) within the application so that only the qualified candidates move forward. Qualified applicants are then prompted to choose a day and time to schedule a phone interview with you (based on your availability). You can sit back and wait for qualified applicants to pop up on your calendar! This is a one-time setup fee of $150.

Our beautiful websites are built on WordPress using the powerful builder DIVI – the number one website builder in the world and loved by all of our clients.
They include several pre-made pages (Home, About, Services, Get Quote, Reviews, Blog, Contact) with pre-defined content so you can easily write your own.
Site creation is $1,500 and turnaround time is typically 3 weeks once we receive your onboarding information. 3 revisions are included. We require $750 down to start the project and $750 upon completion to initiate the transfer of ownership.
Website Maintenance is available upon request.
